Terms of Service

These terms govern proposals, engagements and services provided by House Seven Collective (ABN 96 669 915 092).

Proposals & Estimates

Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Proposals are based on the scope described at the time of engagement; unforeseen circumstances may require a written variation, agreed before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Fixed fees are invoiced per the agreed schedule in the proposal. Late payments may attract interest and pause work until resolved.

Variations

Any change to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect price and timeline.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of design documentation transfers to the client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes by direct negotiation first. Unresolved matters may be referred to mediation in Western Australia.
